Katrin Mozhi (translated into English as ‘language of the wind’) is an integral part of the Tamil diaspora in Adelaide in the last few years. The program has a format of infotainment – mixing good information on topics connected by Tamil film songs – that gives the listeners not just the entertainment but also provides them with information that is not available ordinarily.
It also creates nostalgic memories for several individuals who have relocated to Adelaide from their hometown. Hence, this program has found success locally and internationally. Since RJ Srirama’s background is from several countries where he has lived and worked, the program is regularly heard across the countries like India, USA, UK, Singapore and UAE to name a few.
