The Auditorium is a large space at 5EBI, especially designed for people to get together.

It can comfortably sit 60 people and has a stage (3m x 5m). It is located inside our station, adjacent to our broadcast and production studios, but can be accessed with its own entrance off Oakley street.

The cost for non-members is $100/day. This includes the use of our small kitchen if you need it. The use of our food and beverage facility (a bar area near the back entrance) is at an additional cost to be negotiated. We can also provide basic audio equipment for an additional cost or you can bring your own. An operator can also be negotiated if you need one.

Please note that there may be restrictions with regards to the volume of some activities in the Auditorium, depending on their intended day and time. This is because it is next to our studios, which often have live-to-air programmes. However, our studios are soundproof, so this will only be a potential issue for high volume get-togethers, such as with a live band with drums and electric instruments…
