Narayana Rai

Narayana Rai is Chairman of the Shruthi Vani radio program, which brings the timeless beauty of Indian classical music to life on Radio 5EBI every Sunday at 8:30am.

With a rich multicultural background spanning India, Uganda and Australia, Narayana is both an academic and a passionate advocate for Hindustani and Carnatic music. As a former President of Shruthi Adelaide, he has significantly promoted Indian classical music and dance.

His dedication to community service is evident through his leadership as President of the Indian Australian Association of South Australia (IAASA). Narayana is committed to enriching the mission of the 5EBI Ethnic Radio station with his diverse perspectives and love for classical music.
